Ingredients:

• 10 medium uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 clove garlic, peeled
• 1 tablespoon canned light coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter, unsalted
• 1 teaspoon honey,
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
• 1/4 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
• Pinch of Cayenne pepper

Cooking the Food:

1. Have a blender ready and put the following ingredients: coconut milk, peanut butter, honey, lime juice, reduced sodium soy sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic and water. Blend till the ingredients become a puree.

2. Place the shrimp in a shallow dish. Pour the finished puree on the shrimp, make sure that the shrimp is fully coated and let it stand for 15 minutes.

3. When you are waiting for the shrimp you can prepare the grill with coal and burn until the coal red hot.

4. After the shrimp has fully absorbed the mixture and other nutrients from the puree, you can now thread the shrimps on barbeque sticks or skewers. Discard the left over puree; you won't need it in the next step.

5. Put the shrimp on the grill and cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or when the shrimp becomes opaque or solid and not too soft.

6. You can now serve the shrimp and add some sauces and dips of your choice.
